Our tips for effective dry brushing

It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to feel the benefits of this body routine. 

The beginnings can be a bit surprising, your body needs to get used to this new sensation. It is important to listen to your skin and manage the pressure you give to your massage.

  • Start with the feet, underneath, on top, then move up the legs in small circles to the top of the thighs.
  • Rub your hands and arms up to your armpits, before focusing on your back and buttocks.
  • Move to the belly, then the chest and the back of the neck. The skin here is very thin, so go delicately.
  • And there you go, just rinse!
