The other part remains in the same place to divide again. Between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m., the skin activates more blood circulation to get energy and start cell renewal. The skin's pores take advantage of this quiet time to open and evacuate the toxins accumulated during the day. It is also during these sleeping hours that the skin is more permeable and therefore more receptive to treatments.

From the age of 25-30, cell renewal becomes less and less efficient and the face shows the first expression lines. Make-up removal and skin cleansing

To allow our skin to renew itself in the best possible conditions and to prepare it for the application of skincare products, we head to the bathroom for makeup removal and cleansing. These are the most important steps to allow the skin cells to do their work while we sleep. If we forget these steps, what happens? Pollution, dust, dirt, sebum and dead cells accumulated during the day are happy to give you pimples, blackheads, dullness, dryness and redness in the morning. The skin will not have been able to renew itself properly as it is clogged with other substances.

For makeup removal and skin cleansing, we adopt the double or triple cleansing ritual. Double cleansing is suitable for people who do not wear makeup. This routine consists of simply cleansing the skin with an organic facial cleanser to remove all impurities, and soothing it with a rose water treatment mist to restore radiance to the complexion and eliminate traces of limescale (which promote skin dryness).
